Platinum Program:
$495 per month:  

Week-to-week comprehensive individualized program design based on detailed phone and questionnaire information. Tom will create your new program each week to ensure maximum program progression, taking into account the prior week's workout data. Daily interaction allows for day-to-day modifications to the workout schedule when necessary. [clientele limited]

  • Your own password-protected TrainingPeaks account with training calendar, exercise and food journal and more
  • Daily phone calls if needed
  • Daily email feedback
  • Client workout data posted on TrainingPeaks.com is instantly emailed to Tom for analysis, with necessary feedback within twenty-four hours
  • Each successive week builds on the prior week's activity to maximize results
  • On-line heart rate and power data analysis capability for sport programs
  • 3-month minimum commitment


Gold Program:
$250 per month:  

Month-to-month comprehensive individualized program design based on detailed phone and questionnaire information. Tom will create your 4-week program and post it each month on your own TrainingPeaks.com account.

  • Weekly 15-minute phone consultation
  • Weekly email feedback

$175 per month:

Month-to-month comprehensive individualized program design based on detailed phone and questionnaire information. Tom will create your 4-week program and post it each month on your own TrainingPeaks.com account.

  • Once a month 15-minute phone consultation
  • Client workout data posted on TrainingPeaks.com is reviewed during monthly phone consultation
  • Each successive month builds on the prior month's activity to maximize results

  • 3-month minimum commitment


Bronze Program:
$395 per 16-week plan

A detailed individualized plan customized to your personal history and goals. Based on information obtained from an on-line questionnaire as well as a comprehensive phone consultation, a complete 16-week plan will be created and then emailed in either Word or Excel formats.  These plans may include:

  • weight-loss plans
  • sport-specific programs [Walk/Run, Running, Triathlon, etc.]
  • injury-rehabilitation
  • muscle-toning
