program tailored to your specific needs and goals, Tom can design a cutting-edge
plan for you
Platinum Program: $495 per month:
Week-to-week comprehensive individualized program design based on detailed
phone and questionnaire information. Tom will create your new program each
week to ensure maximum program progression, taking into account the prior week's workout data.
Daily interaction allows for day-to-day modifications to the workout schedule
when necessary. [clientele limited]

Bronze Program: $395 per 16-week plan
A detailed individualized
plan customized to your personal history and goals. Based on information
obtained from an on-line
questionnaire as well as a comprehensive phone consultation, a complete 16-week plan
will be created and then emailed in either Word or Excel formats. These plans may include:
- weight-loss plans
- sport-specific programs [Walk/Run, Running, Triathlon,
etc.]
- injury-rehabilitation
- muscle-toning

FINISH PROGRAM: For those with limited time to train and whose primary
goal is just to finish the race while having fun.
